This 40-hour course was designed for the officer and investigator to review the methods of case preparation and court presentation. The course will provide information necessary to effectively prepare a criminal case for presentation before the court. (Salary incentive or Mandatory). You will need to provide two case packages about which you can testify for 10-15 minutes. You do not have to be the lead in the case, but it should be something of some complexity. If possible, please avoid using something that has not yet been resolved in the judicial system. You must provide these cases by Tuesday or you will be dismissed from the class.
